Those trying to restrict gun ownership and gun use -- licensing, insuring, titling, training, testing, etc. -- overlook the difference between a privilege and a right.

If enough people want to restrict any rights spelled out in the Constitution, they should propose and promote passage of an amendment.

If any rights are restricted, all rights can be restricted -- including freedom of speech and religion. Be careful what you ask for, as you may get it.
