FORT WORTH -- A Fort Worth man remained in federal custody Monday after he pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.
In September, police seized two movies depicting children engaged in sexual acts with adults and confiscated several photo images of children having sexual intercourse with adults.Federal agents identified the man as Richard D. Anderson, 59.Anderson pleaded guilty Friday to one federal count of possession of child pornography before U.S. District Judge John McBryde.He will be sentenced on June 21.Anderson faces a maximum of 10 years in federal prison, a $250,000 fine and supervision for a lifetime after his release.On Sept. 12, Fort Worth police executed a search warrant at Anderson's home where computers and storage media were seized.
