Reid, a veteran of 16 years in the aviation industry, has joined the team as director, support and service sales. Reid will oversee the marketing of all of the company's customer support and service operations with the goal of increasing revenues and market share from aftermarket activities.Group O of Milan, Ill., announced that Charles Wetzel is joining the company as vice president and general manager, business intelligence and information systems.
