I'd like to know why some cities refuse to ban smoking in public spaces while neighboring cities do.
Everyone knows how unhealthy smoking is, as well as the effects of secondhand smoke.I've contacted the city and I'm concerned that they do a song and dance but give no reason for failure to impose a ban.-- Joseph R.
