I've just returned, for the second time in 18 months, from a summons for jury duty.

Nothing has changed; we're herded like cows. More people are called than there are chairs to accommodate them. I and about 100 others had to stand for two hours and 15 minutes before any names were even called. Some sat on the floor, although they were told not to.

In the end, 75 to 100 people were let go because the courts didn't need them that day. They should never call more people than they have chairs for. Requiring us to stand that long is inhumane.

Tarrant County Jury Services must be changed.
