The Weatherford Art Association recently announced the three Artists of the Month for February.

First place was awarded to Rebecca Glasgow for her oil painting titled "Pots and Bowls."

Rebecca's painting will be on display at the 1st Financial Bank on the Weatherford Square until the end of March.

Second place was awarded to John Stout for his painting called "Here's Looking At You.” John’s painting will be on display at the FW Community Credit Union throughout March.

Third place was awarded to Linda Whitehouse for her oil painting titled "Desert Willow." Linda's painting will hang at the the First National Bank on Palo Pinto until the end of March.

Guest demonstration artist was international acclaimed watercolorist Tina Bohlman. Tina donated her demonstration painting to a raffle for WAA that was won by Carroll Richardson.

Tina will host a "Basics Watercolor Technique" three-day workshop at the Firehouse Gallery March 8-10. Contact John Stout for registration and materials list at 817- 597-9282.
