At a recent executive board meeting of the Prairielands Council of the Boy Scouts of America, we all took an oath as we renewed (or began) our annual board obligations. (See: "Challenging a Fort Worth audience on Boy Scout issue," Feb. 20) The first obligation to which we all swore was, "To provide Scouting to all youth."
