Rangers players sit through several meetings covering a wide range of topics each spring before workouts.Last week the players were briefed on social media, which continues to scare many players while others have embraced Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.Twitter is the biggie these days in the clubhouse, and the Rangers have some prolific users like Derek Holland and Elvis Andrus. Others, like Joe Nathan and Greg Maddux, aren’t active, but be sure to check out the sweater Maddux is wearing in his profile photo.The Star-Telegram found 18 players and coaches last spring with Twitter accounts, and counted 28 this spring.
