FORT WORTH -- Police are trying to identify a man captured on surveillance video snapping photos under the dress of a shopper at an east Fort Worth store.

The 47-year-old victim told police she had been shopping inside the Dollar General at 6536 Meadowbrook Drive about 9:45 a.m. Wednesday when she felt someone behind her.

She turned around to find a man squatting behind her and taking photographs with a cellphone under her dress, according to a Fort Worth police report.

When confronted by the woman, the man began walking away, and then ran out of the store when the woman tried to grab him. The woman gave chase but lost sight of the man after he crossed Handley Drive, the report states.

The store's surveillance footage showed the suspect entering the store, leaning down behind the woman and placing his phone between her legs.

The suspect "takes what appears to be two pictures as the phone flashes twice before (the victim) turns around and confronts (the suspect)," the report states.

Police describe the suspect as a bald and clean-shaven white male, 30 to 35 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 180 pounds.
