Regarding a Saturday letter titled "Post office woes," I must ask: How many times must the same group of folks be reminded that no taxpayer money supports the Postal Service and its financial woes are mostly the result of the 2006 law that literally steals $5.6 billion from the USPS every year?

The "future retiree healthcare fund" is not required of any other organization/company, government or private. If not for this bogus "fund," the USPS would be about $1.5 billion in the black, along with the cutbacks that have already been implemented.
