SEATTLE -- Jordan Reves and Kevin Butler combined to make three free throws in the final 12 seconds, helping UT Arlington beat Seattle 65-63 in a Western Athletic Conference game Saturday night.

Down 63-62 with 12 seconds remaining in the game, Reves hit two free throws, giving the Mavericks a 64-63 lead.

Seattle missed a layup and Butler grabbed the rebound and was fouled with one second remaining. He made 1 of 2 free throws as the Mavericks won away from home.

UTA is 14-9 for the season and 9-5 in conference play. The Mavericks won their fourth consecutive game and have won six of seven.

"It's a huge win," UTA coach Scott Cross said. "It feels awesome to have a winning streak going."

The Mavericks were behind much of the game and were down as much as 10 points in the first half.

"We got manhandled there for a stretch in the first half," Cross said.

But Reves came through in the clutch.

"I'm always confident when the game is in my hands," Reves said.
