Where has GOP gone?

In view of the current political gridlock in Washington, I wonder what happened to the Republican Party of John Tower, Everett Dirksen, Jerry Ford, Ronald Reagan, Colin Powell and others.

These were men with reason and concern for this country. Most Republicans in Washington today seem to have a "my way or the highway" no-compromise attitude. The only word they know is "no."

The Texas delegation is a disgrace to this state.

The current Republican Party is like a ship without a rudder.
