Pope Benedict's decision to abdicate the papal throne should come as no surprise given his health, age and the relentless criticism about the pederast priests.

He's been wolf-packed with these allegations and doesn't have the wherewithal to continue.

So it's time to cede "the chair of Peter" to someone else who doesn't have compromising health issues.

Pope Benedict has adhered to the teachings of the Holy Scriptures and has served his church and people. God bless him.
