If Texas should become a state that allows people to openly carry guns, will they wear signs declaring they are the good guys? How have the other states handled this dilemma?
I am not sure what the visible difference is between a mad man or mad woman and a sane man or sane woman. If I see a person walking toward me with a holstered gun, on what could be a lonely street with no other holstered guns to protect me, what should I do? Should I then pull out my concealed weapon and hold them at bay until they have proven to me, without a doubt, they are not there to hurt me? However, if I should pull out my concealed gun, would that frighten them and they possibly would shoot me?Not being, at this time, a gun-carrying person, I need guidance.-- Carole Allen, HamiltonHave more to add?
