The TCU women's basketball team has the chance today to do what the football team and men's basketball team did this season: notch its first Big 12 win against the Jayhawks.

Kansas comes to Fort Worth for the 7 p.m. contest looking to snap a two-game losing streak and move to .500 in conference play. The Jayhawks are 3-5 away from Lawrence this season.

The Jayhawks' offense comes primarily from a pair of seniors, one a Houston native.

Forward Carolyn Davis, a Houston George Bush alumnus, leads the team in scoring with 15.2 points per game. She has 32 career 20-point games and Kansas is 27-5 in those games.

Guard Angel Goodrich contributes 13.2 points per game and has a Big 12-best 66 steals. Goodrich was recently added to the John R. Wooden Midseason Top 20 List, putting her in consideration for player of the year. She was also selected this week to the 2013 Academic All-Big 12 team for the fourth consecutive season, the last two as a first-team honoree.

TCU will wear pink uniforms tonight as a part of the WBCA's Pink Zone Day to raise awareness for the fight against breast cancer.

The Horned Frogs and the Jayhawks are meeting for just the second time. The first was TCU's 74-69 win over then No. 23 Kansas at the Junkanoo Jam on Grand Bahama Island in 2009.

TCU senior Delisa Gross had nine points in that game. Goodrich had seven for Kansas.
