Starting Friday, the Collected Treasures antique shop in downtown Arlington will be open just two days a month.

The 3,000-square-foot shop at 406 W. Main St. will now be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the third Friday and Saturday.

Collected Treasures, owned by Jana Holland for the last eight years, also features vintage, handmade and repurposed items. The shop’s specialty is French and cottage designs.

As part of her new business strategy, Holland said the inventory will change each month and she also plans to bring in artists, design specialists, jewelry trunk shows and fashion shows.

“Creativity has played a big part in the success of Collected Treasures,“ Holland said in a statement.
