Two students in a Fort Worth school district bus and a pickup driver were injured Thursday morning in a wreck on a Benbrook highway that involved four vehicles, Benbrook police said.

The students and motorist were taken to hospitals, but their injuries were not considered life threatening, authorities said.

The wreck occurred shortly before 8 a.m. Thursday in the 8900 block of Benbrook Boulevard (US 377) in Benbrook.

According to police reports, the school bus with 15 students rear-ended a pickup which then hit a sports utility vehicle. The SUV then hit a van, police said.

Crews had to extricate the driver out of the pickup, Benbrook police said.

No other people were taken to hospitals.
