FORT WORTH -- A man was in critical condition Thursday morning after leading police on a brief chase in which he lost control of his car and struck a tree near the Texas Christian University campus, police said.
The man, who was not identified, was rushed to a local hospital.The pursuit began shortly before 2 a.m. Thursday when officers attempted to stop a motorist speeding on University Drive.
