City accepts tree limbs Feb. 23

The city’s Water Utility Department. is offering a free one-time tree limb drop Feb. 23 at 24 N. Mitchell Road. Drop-off is open to Mansfield residents from 8 a.m.-noon. Proof of residency (a utility bill or driver’s license) will be required at the gate by city staff. This site only accepts woody plant material such as tree and shrub debris. Trash, building materials, grass clippings and leaves will not be accepted at this site.

The tree limbs will be mulched and given to Mansfield residents for free at the Mulch Madness event March 23. For more details about these events, go to www.mansfield-tx.gov.
