It will be held at 7 p.m. March 23 at the Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Solana at 5 Village Circle in Westlake.I can’t announce the dancers yet (that is for next week), but I can tell you there is a change in the judges this year. Back is the ever lovely Roxanne Taylor (who if you have attended in the past is as much fun to watch as the dancers), talented Dana Bailey (who besides knowing the technical side of the dances, works hard to keep the judges in line) and ME! I have been asked to be a judge and I am as excited as I am honored to be a part of a great group. You can bet Dana Bailey will have her hands full this year.Tickets are $125 for individuals and $225 for couples (tables are also available) and can be purchased by going to the Southlake Newcomers Club website www.southlakenewcomers.com and clicking on the “Dancing With Our Stars tickets are available now” in the middle of the page.Plan on an evening of fun, laughter and great dancing. Can’t wait to see you there!Do you have a Saks Fifth Avenue credit card? If you do, break out that plastic puppy and plan on using it in February. Why? Well, shopping at Saks is always a treat. But in February, 5 percent of the purchases made on your Saks card at the Saks Fifth Avenue store, Saks.com or Saks Fifth Avenue Off Fifth will benefit the Colleyville Woman’s Club. Name the Colleyville Woman’s Club at the point of sale and boom, a donation is made. I love it when I can combine shopping for me and helping others at the same time. What a deal!Have more to add?
