A two-story Del Frisco’s Grille could be the latest addition to Southlake Town Square.

The upscale steakhouse is proposed in the parking lot at the northeast corner of Southlake Boulevard and Carroll Avenue. The 8,000-square-foot restaurant will be discussed at a SPIN (Southlake Program for the Involvement of Neighborhoods) meeting Feb. 11 at 7 p.m. at Town Hall, 1400 Main St.

A re-plat of the lot could go to the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council later this year.

Del Frisco’s Grille has a location in Dallas and another is scheduled to open in Houston this spring, according to its website. Other locations include New York, Washington D.C., Atlanta and Phoenix.

Southlake Town Square also said three other new tenants totaling more than 28,000 square feet will move to the area.

Whole Earth Provision Co. will occupy a 22,000-square-foot space at 301 State St., the first floor of the former Robb & Stucky location near the west parking garage. The Texas retailer sells clothing, toys and games.

Markham Fine Jewelers will sell designer jewelry in a 4,100-square-foot space at 218 State St. between Jamba Juice and Francesca’s Collections.

TruFire Kitchen, a 2,277-square-foot restaurant at 1239 Main St., will occupy the corner with Carroll Avenue.
