The Fort Worth City Council has discussed calling a $276 million bond election in May 2014. In that same discussion, council members held widely separate views on a suggestion by Councilman Jungus Jordan to change the city policy of allocating 2 percent of bond money for public art. Meanwhile, a citizens task force is studying how to get more city funding for community arts groups. Where do you come down on this issue, for more city money for the arts or less?
