FORT WORTH -- District 5 City Councilman Frank Moss on Monday drew a second challenger in his re-election bid-- former Fort Worth Transportation Authority board member Gyna Bivens.

John Tunmire, a real estate broker, announced his candidacy earlier for the southeast Fort Worth council seat.

Filing for municipal elections runs through March 1. -- Scott Nishimura
