Ron Meyers scored a goal in the second period and visiting Arizona made it stick in a 2-1 victory over the Fort Worth Brahmas before a crowd of 2,023 at the NYTEX Sports Centre in North Richland Hills on Saturday night.
Sky Nutkevitch gave the Brahmas a 1-0 lead in the first period with a goal off an assist by Shaun Szydlowski.But the Sundogs game back with a goal by Derek LeBlanc to tie it in the first period.The Brahmas sent a flurry of shots at the Sundogs in the second and third periods, outshooting them by a combined 22-8, but were unable to connect.
