The TCU women's basketball team hosts Texas today with the possibility of notching a couple of firsts for the program.
A victory would give the Horned Frogs their first Big 12 win and their first over Texas in 31 games.Texas recorded its first conference victory last Saturday, defeating Kansas State 59-40.Not unlike TCU, Texas is young, starting three freshmen. Texas junior guard Chassidy Fussell leads the team with 15.5 points per game. Sophomore forward Nneka Enemkpali averages 14.3 points and a team-high 10.1 rebounds.The teams last met in 2002, with Texas winning 86-54.
