Infrastructure costs

The problem with Texas state parks is a disgrace. Trying to run them like a business isn't working anymore. The rate structure for parks makes it hard for people on fixed incomes to use. They also charge people from out of state the same as residents.

The fact that Texas is such a good place for people to come and we lack a state income tax adds to the problem. Our population keeps growing, but our infrastructure, parks, roads, etc., are going down the tubes. Infrastructure costs money.
