Notable: The Dallas Cowboys will be represented by outside linebacker Anthony Spencer and tight end Jason Witten. Linebacker DeMarcus Ware was voted to the team, but will not play because of postseason surgery. ... This is the fourth year the game will be played the week before the Super Bowl. ... For the second time in Pro Bowl history, and the second time in as many years, the game has two rookie quarterbacks in Andrew Luck of Indianapolis (AFC) and Russell Wilson of Seattle (NFC). Last year, it was Cam Newton of Carolina and Andy Dalton of Cincinnati. ... Georgia, Miami and Tennessee each have six players from their college programs. California and Texas each have five. The five from Texas are running back Jamaal Charles, kicker Phil Dawson, linebacker Derrick Johnson, defensive tackle Henry Melton and safety Earl Thomas. ... John Fox will coach the AFC along with the Denver staff. ... Mike McCarthy will coach the NFC along with the Green Bay staff. ... Each player on the winning team receives $50,000, while each player on the losing team receives $25,000.
