NORTH RICHLAND HILLS -- Shawn Szydlowski scored the only goal by either team on the first shot of a shootout and Kristofer Westblom stopped all five attempts as the Fort Worth Brahmas rallied Friday to beat the Bloomington Blaze 5-4.

John Snowden scored two goals for the Brahmas, and Chad Woollard had a goal and an assist as Fort Worth rallied from a 4-2 deficit.

Adam Hogg's goal with 11:40 left in regulation tied the game 4-4, and it stayed that way until Szydlowski skated in to open the shootout.

Sy Nutkevitch and Szydlowski had two assists each. The Brahmas' first three goals came on the power play.
