The UT Arlington women's basketball team will try to snap its six-game losing streak tonight inside College Park Center against Utah State, which has the top scoring offense in the Western Athletic Conference.
The Mavericks' losing streak is the fifth longest in school history and the longest since 1988-89, when UTA lost 11 in a row.They haven't won at home since the opening of College Park Center on Feb. 1, 2012.Utah State has won two straight and six of eight, but has lost six of seven road games.The Aggies average 74 points a game while the Mavericks score a league-low 54.Utah State's Devyn Christensen, Jennifer Schlott and Jenna Johnson are in the top 10 of scoring offense in the conference. Christensen is third overall with 20 points a game.
