A Grapevine woman was shot to death Saturday night at her parents' home in Grapevine during an argument with her estranged husband, who then killed himself, Grapevine police said Sunday.
Kristi Suckla, 44, was pronounced dead at the scene. She had multiple gunshot wounds in her neck and body, the Tarrant County medical examiner's office reported. Her death was ruled a homicide. Her husband, Kelly Suckla, 43, of Euless, had a single shot in the head, the medical examiner reported. They found Kelly Suckla lying on a walkway in front of the home with a handgun nearby, police said. Kristi Suckla's body was near the front door.Witnesses told police there had been a birthday party for a teenage daughter of the Sucklas at the house.
