Regardless of one's feelings about gun-control laws, they don't work.

What else then? Fortifying schools? Arming teachers? Outlawing video games? Mandatory mental screening for all citizens, and perhaps required treatment for those failing? All are repulsive and none foolproof.

The one action likely to succeed is to return to the morality of the Judeo-Christian principles on which this country was founded. And since some kids aren't trained in the homes and churches, how about teaching Bible courses in the schools?

Anticipating First Amendment arguments, surely those issues aren't any more controversial than Second Amendment issues.
