Watermere at Southlake said it will begin its third phase of construction with the addition of 71 single-family homes this month.
The homes will be built on part of the 30-acre development fronting Southlake Boulevard, just west of Davis Boulevard.Darling Homes will build 38 of the homes, ranging from 2,500 square feet to 3,700 square feet and priced from the high $400s to the mid-$600s. Its section will be known as Verandas at Southlake.Simmons Homes will custom build on the remaining lots, including 17 lake-view lots. The gated community will be called South Village of Watermere, and each home will be required to have at least one resident 55 or older. Simmons Homes will offer homes ranging from 2,500 square feet to 4,000 square feet and priced from $495,000 to $750,000.Firm picks ColleyvilleRealty Capital Management has sold a lot in The Village at Colleyville to Tailored Adjustment Services for the construction of a 5,000-square-foot corporate headquarters.Tailored Adjustment Services is a full-service claim management company specializing in property and casualty claims adjustments.
