Passengers traveling through Dallas/Fort Worth Airport should be able to feast on Blue Mesa tacos, Smashburger burgers and Genghis Grill stir-fry when renovations at Terminal B and Terminal E are completed.

Tuesday, the airport's concessions committee approved new leases for these restaurateurs and others at its board meeting. The full airport board is expected to approve the new concessionaires at its full meeting Thursday.

As part of its $2 billion terminal renovation program, the airport is adding new concessions to Terminals A, B, C and E. The leases approved Tuesday also include a Wendy's, two newsstand/coffee locations, Texas merchandiser Lone Star Attitude and Sound Balance, a consumer electronics retailer.

The airport also unveiled its new mobile app for smartphones Tuesday. The app will give passengers up-to-date information about flights, parking and other airport services.

It has a push notification feature that will notify passengers about changing gate information and parking availability. It will also tell passengers which restaurants and shops are closest.

The app is available for iPhones, iPads, Android devices and Blackberry smartphones.
