At work, we recently received notice of next year's medical insurance premium. My premium jumped 19.7 percent for exactly the same plan as last year.

Cited as the largest contributor to the massive increase was provisions of the Affordable Care Act, aka "Obamacare." I guess the word "affordable" only applies to those persons whose healthcare the rest of us are subsidizing.

The president promised that the average family's insurance premiums would drop $2,500. Ha! The joke's on us for letting this happen. This is just another in the growing list of falsehoods from this president and his progressive, big-government cronies.
