Killeen (11-10) needed an extra stanza to knock off Midlothian (7-9) in the consolation quarterfinal, 57-49… Killeen outscored Midlothian in overtime 12-4 to move on to a consolation semifinal against Arlington Lamar… Senior guard Romello Chapman for Midland led the game in scoring with 22 points… Killeen won this tournament in 2007 Arlington Lamar (2-13) remained in the consolation championship hunt with a 58-49 win over Fort Bend Kempner (6-13) Thursday… Kempner senior post Brian Onyecherelam led the game in scoring with 20 points, followed by Lamar’s Da’Quan Thomas with 13… Lamar will face Killeen in the consolation semifinal Friday.
