Texas should have random sobriety checkpoints. I consider checkpoints a reasonable inconvenience like the annual safety checks on my car or the eye test required for drivers license renewal.

Operating a motor vehicle on a public road is a privilege. And proving sobriety is a reasonable price to pay for that privilege.
