Let us pause a moment to reassure the defenders of our Second Amendment rights.

Any attempt at gun control requires the explicit involvement of the U.S. Congress. Our elected representatives would rather drive the country into bankruptcy than confront Grover Norquist. How likely are they to muster the courage to challenge the NRA?

My friends, you may rest assured that our 300 million weapons are safe for the foreseeable future.
