Welfare mothers

Welfare is necessary for people who cannot take care of themselves. It is not necessary for lazy people who want someone else to take care of them.

Maybe social services and welfare should go into the day-care business. The mothers on welfare could choose to be the "day-care" workers or get a job to support their children using the welfare day care. Normal work rules should apply, and they would be assured the normal amounts paid by welfare or a little more if actually drawing an outside paycheck.
