A motorist killed early Sunday in a one-vehicle wreck on Interstate 30 in Arlington has been identified as James Skiles of Arlington, the Tarrant County medical examiner's office reported on its website on Tuesday.
Skiles, 31, was pronounced dead at the scene.He died from blunt trauma to his head and his death was ruled an accident, the medical examiner's office reported.Skiles died when his truck hit a guard rail on I-30 and he was ejected, Arlington police said.Investigators said the driver was eastbound when the truck left the highway, hit a guard rail and rolled into a ditch.The wreck occurred about 2:30 a.m. Sunday.The cause of the wreck remained under investigation.Domingo Ramirez Jr., 817-390-7763Twitter: @mingoramirezjrHave more to add?
