A recent study by the University of Minnesota reveals just how many young people in middle and high schools have used or are using anabolic steroids.

We identified this high rate of steroid usage several years ago.

It's disheartening, but when we at the Taylor Hooton Foundation call Texas school officials, athletic directors, coaches and others to tell them about the steroid problem and try to convince them to have us speak with their kids about the dangers, it is way too common to be told, "we don't have a steroid problem in our school."

Open your eyes and your minds to the fact that this drug epidemic is real. Kids you know might be involved in this behavior.
