I have a five-step plan for Jerry Jones to follow to resurrect the Cowboys.

Step One: Fire the entire scouting staff.

Step Two: Fire the defensive coordinator.

Step Three: Fire the head coach.

Step Four: Fire the current GM.

Step Five: Hire a GM with football experience and let him hire new staff and start repairing the damage that the current GM has done over the past 16 years.

A very simple plan.
