So -- Gov. Perry wants welfare recipients to be drug-tested before receiving their benefits.

Because they have familes to feed, I'm sure most single moms will comply in order to receive a couple of hundred dollars in payments.

I'm also very sure that most corporate executives at ExxonMobil are going to fuss and fight about having to be drug-tested before they can receive their multibillion-dollar "entitlement" payments from the government.
