In Tony Capaccio's Wednesday article, "Lockheed urged to focus on improving F-35," it's bewildering to me that the undersecretary of defense for acquisition, Frank Kendall, described the incoming CEO Marillyn Hewson as a "capable professional" when her reputation shows that she is clearly more than capable.
