As a hospital volunteer, I was recently very surprised to learn that JPS Health Network will need 400 additional volunteers in 2013 to assist in meeting the needs of patients and staff within the county hospital system.

If you have never visited John Peter Smith Hospital at 1500 South Main St. in Fort Worth, please take the time to. You will not find a more caring, friendly and welcoming environment. Even better, contact volunteer services and donate time to this worthy institution. You will be both humbled and enriched by your volunteer experience at JPS.
