i Jeers: To the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, which proved that anyone can be found guilty of anything. Of course, it took 10 years without oversight and with unlimited funds and resources, coercing testimony from "witnesses" by threatening to ruin their careers and lives. Could anyone not cave in eventually?
