Bad business

More and more businesses are struggling. Is it the economy? Could it be bad business practices?

An example is a store that is continually out of stock. It is common for me to go to one that brags about saving people money, only to leave empty-handed.

Eventually, I will go to a store that does have the items in stock, even if I pay a little more.

Are businesses struggling from the economy or bad business practices?
