A 19-year-old Dallas man is headed to federal prison for robbing a Waxahachie bank, where he had an account, just after he gave a teller his Social Security number for identification.

Jacory S. Walker was sentenced to more than three years in prison Monday for bank robbery. He pleaded guilty in June.

Federal court documents say Walker walked into 1st Convenience Bank inside a Wal-Mart on Jan. 17 and told a teller that he wanted to make a withdrawal. He didn't have his account number, so he gave her his Social Security number.

The teller told him he was overdrawn and in fact owed money to the bank.

About 10 minutes later, Walker returned and gave the teller $20 to deposit in his account.

As she prepared a deposit slip, Walker cleared his throat and slid a note that said: "I have a gun. No noise. Just money."

After she gave him an undisclosed amount of cash, he walked away.

Walker was arrested leaving the Wal-Mart.
