I had a flashback to my public speaking class in college 35 years ago. We were taught to control our facial expressions during our speech, stay on target and be polite.

Vice President Joe Biden must have never taken a public speaking class in his life. His facial expressions included smirks, negative smiles and other expressions I can only describe as rude. It was very distracting to the viewer and, to be very honest, a turnoff. Makes me wonder how he presents himself to diplomats, to our allies as well as our enemies as the vice president of the United States. I can only speculate.
