Bronze Age thinking

Here's (just one) vitally important reason why I will not vote Republican:

They place on the committee of Science, Space & Technology individuals like Rep. Paul Broun, who believes, among other easily disprovable things, that the Earth is only 9,000 years old.

To believe that, one must necessarily think that every single individual in all of the following disciplines is completely wrong about everything: astronomers, geologists, archaeologists, biologists, geneticists, embryologists, neurologists -- I could go on all day.

I'm not entirely happy with President Obama or the Democratic Party, but I have no desire to return to the Bronze Age. Elect Republicans and that's where we're headed.
