I am disappointed the Rangers will not win the World Series. None of the disappointment makes me any less a fan.

I have been a Rangers fan for 40 years, since I was a kid thrilled to finally have my own team. I was so excited when they won. The Rangers have shown me dreams come true.

I am more disappointed in the way some people responded, not showing support and booing one of our players. A true fan would never blame one player.

Josh Hamilton had to answer how he felt after the final game. I wish he could hear interviews of real Ranger fans; I believe that would drown out the boos. Watch the replays and you will see real fans applauding every attempt.

Josh is not even my favorite Ranger. However, he is part of my team and deserves respect for the hits when we needed them, the smashes into the wall and the crashes onto the field followed by that laser throw right to the base. Thanks Rangers!
